first run your fingers at the top of cup between cup and lined padding, you will have about 2 or 3 threaded tacks...cut the threads, careful not to cut the lace part of cup
next cut as close to bra cup frame as you can, while moving lace away from padding...don't worry about getting the cut exact, because you can not see it when bra is worn
